Latin style

Latina is a dance style that originated from the traditional ceremonial dances of indigenous tribes in the Caribbean as well as Central and South Americas. Those dances were parts of religious rituals, which explains the strong connection with the spiritual body as well as feelings and emotions. At the same time, contemporary Latina is strongly influenced by African and European dance directions. Moreover, it has many substyles such as Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Samba, Bolero, Paso Doble, and more. Now, Latina is an extremely popular dance direction all over the world and Latin dance competitions are being held in more than 150 countries.
