Belly Dance style

Belly dance also known as Oriental Dance developed in Ancient Egypt. For this style, the most important movements are the ones of the torso and hips. In fact, there are many styles that vary depending on the region such as Egyptian, Persian, Gypsy, American Cabaret, and more. Belly dance is very popular among both women and men for a very simple reason - unlike other styles, belly dance is not that dangerous in terms of injuries. Therefore, the style is perfect for people of all ages as well as former pro dancers who suffered injuries.
